We are delighted to be celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Bioinformatics graduate program in the Richard Loan Hill Department of Biomedical Engineering at UIC on Monday, May 6 2024. The department is the home of the oldest bioinformatics doctoral and master’s degree programs in the state and was first approved by the Illinois Board of Higher Education in 2003. We welcome faculty, students, alumni, and friends to a full day’s celebration on May 6 at the Hyatt Place Chicago – Medical/University District.
The celebration will include presentations from alumni describing their most recent work. Students and postdoctoral fellows are encouraged to attend and present their research posters. This symposium is also open to the public.
Register at link below by May 1, 2024.
- If you have a position(s) to fill in your lab or company, send the job opening information to cbqb@uic.edu. We will post them on the symposium website as well as the on-site job board.
